Project Overview
Deployment of 33kV Power Line and E-House for remote Wellhood Facility
Iraq
Oil & Gas
As part of a broader oilfield development initiative, our engineering team was engaged to design and implement a 33kV distribution line and E-House solution to supply electrical power to a remote wellhead production facility. The objective was to ensure reliable power delivery to operate pump systems that transport crude oil over long distances to a central gathering station.
Our Solution
Installation of a 33kV overhead transmission line, including main and branch lines to support distributed well pad operations.
Design and deployment of a modular E-House containing 33kV switchgear, a 50kVA step-down transformer, and low-voltage switchgear for local equipment.
Provision of site lighting systems and grounding grid for both the well pad and the crude oil gathering station.
Implementation of a Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) system to transmit measurement signals from field instruments to a central monitoring facility.
Key Outcomes
Enabled continuous and reliable power supply to multiple remote wellheads, allowing for automated pump operation and crude transfer to the central station.
Successfully integrated remote data transmission, enabling real-time monitoring and performance analysis of oil production at each wellhead.
Improved field operability and safety through structured power delivery, grounding systems, and on-site illumination.
